No product will ever be perfect, and certainly no product as large in scope and as complicated. Same is the scenario for Microsoft’s ‘Windows Vista’. Surely this has some additional features then Windows XP, but let’s talk about things which are a part of Windows XP but missing in Vista.

1. No ASP.NET User Control Design Time Support.
2. File and print services for Macintosh delivered via support for the AppleTalk protocol has been discontinued in vista.
3. Instant messenger known as windows messenger is also missing instead a link will be provided.
4. Support to certain internet protocols has also been removed.
5. The Windows explorers have been integrated.
6. Even pinball is completely missing and you will find only links for other old default games.

I am not sure what these Microsoft people are up to but in my opinion this edition needs to be revise, I as a customer will never switch on to a completely new platform to work upon unless it ensures me of some thing better.
