Few days back, Bill Gates announced that, he will ‘transition out of a day-to-day role in the company’. He is doing so many things to show his company’s love to their customers.



This article in PC World have given 3 points to improve the company, Microsoft. It suggested the company has to follow three steps only.



1. Quit kidding yourself: Instead of doing fantasy things, Microsoft has to work on their personal ideas. The comapny has to do their original work, not to copy other ideas and sell them in Microsoft badge.



2. Insist on quality and security: According to Microsoft ads ‘Your potential, Our passion’. However, they have to make motto ‘Do minimum but with quality’ should be maintained. They have to do less work but the work must have quality. The company has not only to concentrate on quality but also on security. Microsoft was not able to take Apple’s iPod due software flaws.



3. Shake up the talent: Some times, there are flaws in the software before handling to customers. Therefore, they have to take those talents in their company, so that they can improve the quality of software.
