Apple has made sufficient changes in its Mac OS X operating system which will enable it to run on any PC which has a x86 family processor.
The only problem you will face that you will not be able to boot into a normal UI which is familiar with all the Mac users.
Apple will provide you with the Source Code License that will enable you to run the OS on your machine.
