Software giant Microsoft has stated that the company will not be releasing any large service packs of their new operating system.
The company has stated that there is no such need as the OS is of high quality right out of the gate.
The main reason why we will not see any huge service packs being released as the company now feels that releasing small update patches regularly is a much better choice than releasing huge service packs after an year or so.
This news is bad for companies like Intel which earlier stated that they will not upgrade to Vista until the company releases the first service pack.
Microsoft also said that the company will no doubt release service packs but they will not be as huge as earlier service packs that were released for Windows XP.
