Mozilla, the makers of the web browser, Firefox, have launched a new Firefox add-on Web Site.
This new site will boast of improved user-to-user discussion tools and will also be available in multiple languages.
Mozilla has also stated that this new site will cut down the number of supported extensions from more than 2000 to a just a couple of hundred.
Mozilla earlier planned to launch the web site on Monday but the launch was delayed due to a technical problem, which Mozilla claimed to be frustrating.
Some Firefox users have already started worrying about which extensions will be dropped by Mozilla, but the company stated that it is actually not dropping any extensions but have divided them into two areas known as a public area and a sandbox area.
The extensions in the public area will be given an approval stamp by the company and those in the sandbox area will be available for user testing and comment.
