The latest version of the mobile software platform has been announced by Microsoft Corp. The Windows Mobile 6 smartphone software is anticipated to enhance the world’s swiftly growing mobile OS with its new messaging tools, enhanced security, and productivity features.

•Better e-mail viewing in rich HTML format
•Simplified editing of Office documents
•Synchronization with Windows Vista
•Web search, IM, and blogging
•Windows Live for Windows Mobile
•New Exchange Server policies and certificate options, Storage card encryption
•Swift internet sharing
•Integrating a voice over Internet protocol (VoIP)
•Support for WVGA (800 x 480) as well as 320 x 320

The Windows Mobile 6 is headed to T-Mobile (Dash), Orange’s SPV E650 (HTC), AT&T, Chunghwa, Sprint, Telefonica, and Verizon, Dopod, HP, LG (more on that in a few), Moto, Palm, Samsung, SoftBank, Toshiba, and Vodafone, and many more.
