Microsoft has released four security fixes as a part of its scheduled software update Tuesday. The company has also patched some problems caused by last week’s emergency patch.
Three of the four released fixes are called as critical by the company and they fix flaws in Windows Operating systems. These vulnerabilities could be used by hackers to install malicious code on target computers. The fourth fix deals with a flaw in Microsoft Content Management Server software.
Microsoft had to release an emergency patch last week that was needed to plug a hole in many versions of Windows including the newly released Vista. The problem was in the way the operating systems handled animated cursor files. This hole was exploited by hackers to install malicious software on personal computers.
