Just months before the release of Vista, Microsoft has started taking new actions against piracy. It has filed more than 50 lawsuits worldwide against people who are using online sites like eBay to sell pirated copies of its software.
Microsoft is also all set to launch its most profit earning software like Operating Systems and Office. This new move against piracy can be associated with the launch of Vista and Office 2007.
EBay has commented that it is besides Microsoft and others in the fight against piracy and will take stringent measures to check that people don’t auction pirated software on its site.
