Korean government bodies claim that since Vista doesn’t work very well with Active X, which is used by most of the Korean Internet sites, there are the possible chances of the growth of disorder if Vista is upgraded by too many Koreans, therefore Korean Ministry of Information and Communication, the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, and the Financial Supervisory Service have warned the consumer not to give upgrading to Windows Vista.
Korean government bodies claim that if Vista is used by the Koreans, it will bring about the chaos, rendering banking, stock trading, and shopping sites unworkable because of which Vista users will have to experience tribulations with government sites in submitting an application, printing documents and certificates.
