Bill Gates is no more dependent on the paper rather he uses a wide range of digital tools to accomplish his daily business. Bill seems to be in high spirits as he is getting closer to what the world call ‘the digital workstyle’.



Bill says that he is heavily dependent on the e-mails to accomplish his maximum job and through which he stays in touch with his employees, business partners and relatives. Another tool he uses is SharePoint, a tool that creates websites for collaboration on specific projects. These sites contain plans, schedules, discussion boards, and other information, and they can be created by just about anyone in the company with a couple of clicks.



To access information on his PC, on server and on the internet he uses desktop search that has a big effect on his productivity.
